The Ideas of March

In this unique and powerful moment, I know there is truly one and only one timeless presence that constantly runs all around and through me. It is my Higher Power, my Highest Power.

I breathe in, receive, and welcome it, knowing it’s a part of me just as I am a part of it. Whenever I turn my attention to this Power, I sense it guiding and guarding me. It lives in me and I live in it.

With deep appreciation, I cast a kind glance back at this precious month that honors love and look forward to the upcoming month, knowing it is also about love because love is always in the air. I remain open to give and receive love.

I declare and claim an openness and acceptance to powerful ideas and actions. My ideas come in like a gentle lamb and grow to roar like a mighty lion. I am filled with awareness and acceptance of all that is, and all that is to come. I am grateful for my deepening ability to find deeper meaning in all situations and circumstances.

With deep gratitude for everything this short month has brought and for all that waits in the wings to unfold in March, I breathe in and honor my sobriety, serenity, and strength. In my next breath, I open my arms wide and gratefully welcome the next turn of the calendar page, already filled with love, light, and limitless possibility. I am strong, I am open, and I receive and deserve all the gifts that life has to offer including health, joy, acceptance, and wisdom.

I release these words to the Law with a deep satisfied knowing that they are true, that all is well, and that life is good when I live it one day at a time.

… And so it is…

In gratitude, harmony, and support,

This is a wonderful prayer treatment. I will come back and read it a few more and more times. ~ After 8 years attending the Ahava Center for Spiritual Living here in Lexington Ky, I have finally been able to read and absorb more than just a few pages of Ernest Holmes. I still struggle with “The Science of Mind” and even “This Thing Called You”, but I ‘uncovered’ a book of his that I had forgotten I bought “How To Chang Your Life” (Foreword by Michael Beckwith), and am finding it much easier to read. So I am spending 10 to 20 minutes every day with the spiritual principles he suggests, and I am detecting subtle changes in myself. Finding your blog and your ‘Prayer Treatment: The Ideas of March’ confirms for me that SOM is working for me now like It hasn’t before.

It was early January when Rev Soni our minister, suggested a New Year resolution for us. ‘Read more of the SOM literature’. That struck a note with me, and that’s when I started ‘trying to read’ “The Science of Mind” again. I’m glad that I didn’t give up, and found another book to read. ~~ Thank you for your Prayer Treatment.
