Prayer Treatment: Honoring Freedom

Right here and right now as I receive this current breath, I fully sense the powerful internal, external, and eternal presence and power of Universal Intelligence. I am one with this Infinite Power. It guides and guards me at all times, lighting each and every one of my experiences.

As I peer into the sizzling and dazzlingly beautiful month of July, the month that honors freedom and the ideals that define who we are, I sense new ideas, new opportunities, and new situations lighting up my consciousness like fireworks bursting in air.

I am grateful to know that I am freer from the bondage of self than ever before. I celebrate my independence from the need for alcohol, drugs, and behaviors that no longer serve me. I know the ideals I strive for guide me as I travel my path, and I celebrate my progress, free from any expectation of perfection.

I cast a kind glance over this waning month of June one last time, and in my next breath I open my arms wide to welcome the divinely timed arrival of July, glowing with pure potentiality. I am strong, I am open, and I receive all the gifts life has to offer including health, joy, abundance, and love.

I gratefully and consciously release my word knowing that it is done, that all is well, and that life is good. I know the truth and I am free.

AND SO IT IS.

In gratitude, harmony, and support,

God is a big part of my life. God created the earth and all the beautiful things we take for granted every day. Being sober has made me aware of all the beautiful trees. Birds, Sun. Rain clouds and so much more. Prayer is important to me and brings me closer to God.

HI Karen – God is a big part of my life too – another gift of recovery – Before, my concept of God was very distant and disconnected from my daily life… Today, thanks to my evolving awareness and understanding and willingness, God is a big part of my life in a day to day, moment to moment way. It’s so enriching that way. And I love what you say about how you are now aware of all of the beautiful things in nature – miraculous.
