Prayer Treatment: Complete and Ready to Spiral Up

In this unique and powerful moment, I know there is truly only one internal, external, and eternal presence that constantly runs all around and through me. It is my Higher Power, my Highest Power.

I breathe in and receive this power, knowing I am one with that which I sometimes call Spirit, Mother Nature, God, Divinity, the Infinite, or sometimes call it nothing at all. I sense It. I know It operates within me, and I operate within It.

With deep appreciation I look back and reflect on this precious month, and in fact this entire calendar year which has been full of ups and downs. I am strong and ready to step into a new year full of pure potentiality, fully confident that more ups than downs come my way, and that I traverse the downs with ease and grace.

I know that every ending has within it a new beginning, a fresh new start. I gratefully carry forward all that still serves me and serves others, and I gently release that which does not. I cast a kind glance at the past year, over all that I loved, and all that rattled me.

I embrace the future with bold anticipation, courage, and great expectancy for my good.

I am grateful to know that I am at choice, and I am grateful to know that I can choose sobriety, serenity, and freedom from addictive substances and behaviors. I am thankful that my new norm is to choose joy, to find beauty in all things, to find the pearl of wisdom in all experiences that land in my path and serve as my teachers. I am thankful for all I have learned in my spiritual programs, and grateful for all I have yet to learn.

I breathe in and appreciate this month and this year as it draws to a close. In my next breath, I open my arms wide and with deep gratitude welcome the next phase, already filled with love, light, and limitless possibility. I am strong, I am open, and I receive and deserve all the gifts life has to offer including health, joy, abundance, and love.

I release these words to the Law with a deep knowing that they are true, that all is well, and that life is very, very good.

Happy New Year and Namaste…

In gratitude, harmony, and support,

Happy New Year to you. I have looked back at this year with many different emotions. Every one that I have handled without having too drink. I look forward to a new year with wonder, calm, grateful and with a very strong relationship with my God. My God has helped me get through a lot of ups and downs last year. So with open eyes, the love of my God, I feel very confident that next year will be one of sobriety. I will meet the new year with love, hope, faith, open eyes and a open heart. Enjoy your New Year and thank you for all your wisdom and love.
