As I look forward to the unhurried, sunbaked, rejuvenating days of August, the month that gives us permission to rest, relax, and take a break to travel to inner and outer places, it is the perfect time to simply be.
As I peer into the sizzling and dazzlingly beautiful month of July, the month that honors freedom and the ideals that define who we are, I sense new ideas, new opportunities, and new situations lighting up my consciousness like fireworks bursting in air. I am grateful to know that I am freer from the bondage of self than ever before. I celebrate my independence from the need for alcohol, drugs, and behaviors that no longer serve me. I know the ideals I strive for guide me as I travel my path, and I celebrate my progress, free from any expectation of perfection.
As I peer into the warm and vibrantly beautiful month of June… I sense new ideas, new opportunities, and new situations already planted in me coming into a thriving existence. I trust the process as I give life to that which comes to be by means of me… I am grateful to know that as the days grow longer, there is always enough time for everything that seeks expression by means of me… I open my arms wide to welcome the divinely timed arrival of June, which is already filled with love, light, and limitless possibility. I am strong, I am open, and I receive all the gifts life has to offer including health, joy, abundance, and love.
I sense new ideas, new opportunities, and new situations ready to be born through me, about to be nurtured into a thriving existence. As I peer into the beautiful and enchanted month of May, the month that honors the female energy, I see Mother Nature expressing fully, naturally, and vibrantly right now, and so am I. I trust the process as I give life to that which comes to be by means of me. I use my breath to center me when I need to; it’s that easy and that available.
I am filled with calm knowingness today as I awaken to the essence of spring, new growth, seeing the world around me come to life as I shake off any residual slumber in me. I step out of the status quo of my comfort zone and onto my green growing edges. I am filled with gratitude as I easily turn my inner clock to make time for lightness, warmth, and energy.
